Just realized that this past Thursday was this blog’s 2-year anniversary! Ahhhh~~!! I got so carried away with the green tea cookies that I completely neglected the birthday of this blog. Anyway, better late than never. So, happy blogiversary to… me! ^^ Hippidy pip, Hoorah! Wow, this blog has become such a big part of my life. I’m so grateful to have this creative outlet, and also for such wonderful readers who indulge me while I share all my vegan baking experiments and adventures in and around Korea. You guys rock!

I love your blog! I arrived in Seoul a few weeks ago and I find your tips on being a vegan here incredibly useful. If I hadn't found your blog months ago I probably wouldn't even have been brave enough to come at all. Thanks for demonstrating that it is possible to survive as a vegan here!

I was just vegetarian in Korea in 2008/09 and found it tricky, I'm hoping to come back for another year come September and as I'm now a vegan I'm excited by your blog! Thanks :)
